Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Uganda only.

  • Kampala & Wakiso – Same-day or next-day delivery

  • Other Central Region districts – 1–3 business days

  • Upcountry (Eastern, Western, Northern Uganda) – 2–5 business days

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Customers will be contacted to confirm order details before dispatch.

Delivery Method

We use:

  • Trusted boda-boda couriers for city deliveries

  • Courier companies and transport services for upcountry deliveries

For upcountry orders, customers may collect items from the nearest courier office or transport stage if door-to-door delivery is unavailable.

Payment on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most locations.

  • Customers are expected to pay the exact amount upon delivery.
